The Cologne Historical Archive in the Severinstrasse collapsed today.
The German news sources are beginning to have some images online.
First responders expect deaths, there were 15 people reported in the building.
Unkmown at this time are the number of dead/injured; whether the
collaps includes the UBahn line that was being built in the area; and
the state of the collections.
Rescue work obviously precedes all else.
